The Third Choice
Chris Finch lives a quiet life in beautiful Seattle, Washington. A loner, he works as an IT tech and spends his free time making sure his beloved, adopted parents remain safe from human eyes. His task is complicated by the onset of early Alzheimer's in his parents, which makes them unpredictable and subject to exposure; by a promotion at work that requires more of his attention and by finding the love of his life in Kiele Parker, and Luther--a gorgeous dog suddenly abandoned by a neighbor. Chris loves them all. They love him. He feels that he can handle everything, until news reaches him of the brutal, interplanetary policeman dispatched to discover and return his parents to their own homeworld or eradicate them. His choices are to disappear with his parents so they are never discovered, or find a way to return them to Potere Lune before they expire from old age and illness. In his desperation, Chris begins to search for another way--a third choice.
