We pick up from the events that has happened in the first novel. Vincent gray is back! Justin, Emma, Jim and Sara Emma's mom is horrified to see the soulless man has come back from the grave but for what? When a spirit wakes him up because they can't get close to Mary Williams who has been robbing souls and breaking the balance between heaven and hell. They have no choice but to awaken the soulless man to finish his contract and go after her. The spirit demands him to go after Mary Williams for a price in return filled with rage from the past he gladly accepts. What he doesn't understand is he awakened a Dead Man that can think for himself. Is he still normal? Does the man have control over him? Or has he unleashed a Dead monster on the towns of Brackett and Brownsville?
